Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. in Irvine, CA, seeks a seasoned Finance leader to act as a strategic partner across Latin America & Caribbean. You will drive planning, budgeting, profitability analytics, and development support for the region within a global brand.

You will analyze sales, investments, and marketing impact, build pro forma models, and provide actionable recommendations to franchisees and market leaders. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance or related analytical field; MBA optional.
• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or analytical roles.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
• Experience with multiple markets/franchise partners is valued.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and performance discussions across LA&C with market leaders.
• Build annual operating plans, forecasts, scenarios and business cases.
• Analyze sales, investments, and performance; translate findings into actions.
• Provide financial guidance on revenue opportunities and capital investments.
• Evaluate marketing initiatives and profitability with franchisees and teams.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly close and regional reporting.
