Taco Bell is seeking a highly motivated Manager, FP&A to lead US G&A planning, performance reporting, and decision support. This hybrid role partners with HR, Finance, Technology, and Marketing to align resources with key priorities.

You will own US G&A forecasting and annual planning, drive insights for leadership, and coach cross-functional partners. A strong financial acumen, people leadership, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance discipline.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, linking results to business drivers.
• Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships and influence.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
• Proactive, curious, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP and BI/reporting tools experience.

Aufgaben

• Own US G&A financial performance, including period close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning; synthesize results into a clear view of performance.
• Drive strategic G&A planning and resource allocation, balancing requests and opportunities against targets.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to budget leaders, providing insights and challenge on spending and investments.
• Partner with International Finance to manage the global G&A outlook.
• Own workforce and headcount financial planning with HR and leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning and reporting tools.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership to facilitate decision-making.
