Addison Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead revenue forecasting, budgeting and analysis for US Commercial. The role will partner with sales on margin analysis, run rate and profitability insights, and communicate financial stories to leadership.

Initial focus on reporting, with growth into forecasting and budgeting, requiring strong collaboration across finance and commercial teams. The position demands proven commercial finance experience and the ability to engage in leadership

Qualifications

• Must have previous commercial finance experience.
• Experience partnering with sales and leadership on forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to explain reporting and financial story to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Initially heavy reporting to support FP&A Manager and troubleshoot issues.
• Forecasting, budgeting and margin analysis with commercial team involvement.
• Collaborate with US channel leaders to develop commercial assumptions.
• Consolidate budget and reforecast data in Cognos TM1 for US GC.
