Job summary

Addison Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Analyst to provide FP&A, pricing and profitability analysis, KPI development, and strategic decision support for Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

You will partner with cross‑functional leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations, support special projects for the Belgian corporate team, and develop financial models for senior leadership and Board reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years FP&A experience with strong financial analysis and business partnering.
• Experience supporting Sales, Commercial Finance, or Revenue/Profitability functions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and/or Board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to analyze pricing, customer profitability, margins, and overall business performance.
• Support Operations and Supply Chain with financial analysis related to costs, inventory, production, and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to track business performance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improved profitability, cost management, and business performance.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting, including analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior leadership and Board reporting.
• Develop financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with pricing and profitability initiatives, including product/customer-level analysis and margin evaluation.
• Support special projects and financial initiatives for the Belgian corporate finance team.
• Leverage large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential financial risks.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, financial models, and analytical tools.
