Addison Group is representing an infrastructure technology company seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within the finance team. This role partners with cross-functional groups to drive performance through data-driven insights and strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of finance and accounting experience, manufacturing exposure, and a track record of guiding capital projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience supporting and analyzing capital projects and capex
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry
• Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals
• Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives
• Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership
