Job summary

Powerus is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, working directly with the Chief of Finance and operational leaders.

You will lead the consolidated operating model and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles, collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to align budgets with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Three-statement financial modeling experience.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders outside finance.
• U.S. Person status required; ITAR/EAR access will be needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated operating model, including revenue, cost, headcount, and cash forecasting.
• Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles and the annual budget process.
• Build management reporting packages and variance analysis for leadership and the board.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales leaders on departmental budgets and unit economics.
• Develop and track KPIs across production, gross margin, and operating expense.
• Support scenario planning for capacity, acquisitions, and capital allocation.
• Improve planning processes and systems as reporting requirements increase.
