Job summary

Homer City Redevelopment LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for a multi-GW gas turbine project. You will serve as the FP&A owner for the DOE loan, ensuring accurate forecasting and DOE-compliant reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will build a lean FP&A function, collaborating across Finance, project leaders and operations while supporting the transition from construction to operation and overseeing systems like

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or similar roles including budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience with DOE loan financing, drawdowns, covenants or reporting highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA is advantageous but not required.
• Prior power generation/utility or project finance exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and 13-week cash forecasts with department heads.
• Build integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models for long-range planning.
• Forecast DOE loan drawdowns and ensure covenant compliance and reporting.
• Own budget-to-actual variance analysis and management reporting for CFO/Board.
• Design scalable FP&A processes and governance around modeling and close.
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Legal and Commercial on financial insights.
• Oversee NetSuite-based data extraction and reporting automation.
