Job summary

Wonder Group, INC seeks a Manager, Corporate FP&A to consolidate financials across brands, drive planning cycles, and lead Anaplan adoption. You will partner with business leaders to translate data into strategic decisions and build executive dashboards.

In a hybrid New York role, you’ll own monthly/quarterly forecasts, support Board presentations, and push process improvements across Finance and Accounting. 3–5 years in corporate FP&A required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, systems implementation, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on Anaplan experience implementing or driving adoption of Anaplan or similar forecasting software.
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• SQL proficiency; ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows and automate routine reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Planning & Forecasting across Wonder Group through Anaplan & Analytics Leadership: consolidate planning cycles (long-range, annual budgeting, quarterly updates).
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and user adoption of Anaplan across FP&A teams.
• Build net new reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership.
• Executive Reporting: support monthly/quarterly packages and board-level presentations; translate data into clear recommendations.
• Drive Business Performance & Insights: conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable insights to CFO and leadership.
• SG&A Partnership: collaborate with Technology, People, Governance to manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Headcount Reporting: manage hiring and cost analytics.
• Process Improvement: enhance planning, reporting, and analytics processes.
