Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, accounting, analytics, BI, or related experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace skills.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses and stakeholder relationships to drive financial performance.
• Partner with Finance, Growth Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and reporting models aligned with business goals.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers of performance.
• Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting to scale with the company.
• Present financial data and recommendations to senior leadership.
