Codex is seeking a Senior Anaplan Manager to own a critical enterprise financial planning environment. This hands-on role blends deep Anaplan expertise with technical leadership and FP&A knowledge.

You will lead Model Builders, consultants, and delivery partners, shaping forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, reporting, and financial analysis across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with financial planning systems or related technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Strong FP&A knowledge including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

About the Opportunity

A leading global organization is seeking a Senior Anaplan Manager to take ownership of a critical enterprise financial planning environment.

This is a hands-on position combining deep Anaplan expertise with technical leadership and strong FP&A knowledge. You will sit at the intersection of Finance and Technology, helping shape how the organization uses Anaplan across forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, reporting, and financial analysis.

The successful candidate will provide both strategic direction and hands-on technical expertise while guiding consultants, Model Builders, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution across the enterprise Anaplan environment
• Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Support forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, reporting, and ongoing platform enhancements
• Design, configure, enhance, and optimize connected planning models
• Provide technical leadership across Anaplan development and solution design
• Guide consultants, Model Builders, developers, and external delivery partners
• Oversee testing, validation, documentation, and production readiness
• Support data integrations and dependencies between Anaplan and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot complex model, data, integration, and performance issues
• Communicate project progress, risks, priorities, and technical decisions to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap and continued evolution of the Anaplan platform

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with financial planning systems, enterprise applications, or related technologies
• 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience
• Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience designing, building, configuring, and optimizing Anaplan solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Anaplan implementations and production environments
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience providing direction to consultants, Model Builders, developers, or implementation partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
