Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A Systems & Analytics to lead the evolution of our planning capabilities as we implement Anaplan and scale our FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics infrastructure.

This role partners with FP&A, Technology, Data & Analytics, and business teams to translate needs into clear requirements and drive cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, financial systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting or leading an EPM implementation.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and reporting knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable planning models and outputs.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Snowflake.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
• Experience with Data & Analytics or Technology partnerships on enterprise data, ERP, BI, or reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A workstream for Anaplan implementation, owning requirements, process design, testing, validation, training, and adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and prioritize the Anaplan roadmap post go-live, including budgeting, forecasting, LRP, scenario modeling, and reporting enhancements.
• Translate FP&A needs into scalable planning solutions and optimize processes for accuracy, speed, and transparency.
• Act as a connector across FP&A, Accounting, Technology, and business units to advance financial systems and analytics.
• Drive process improvement and tool adoption to reduce manual work and standardize planning cycles.
• Partner with Data & Analytics on reporting, KPI dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support growth opportunities and operating performance.
• Create governance standards for model governance, data integrity, access, and documentation.
