Job summary

Alto-Shaam is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will own the operating plan, partner with VP FP&A, and drive data-driven decision making across the business.

You'll champion AI-enabled forecasting tools, build dashboards in Oracle Fusion Cloud, and mentor a team of analysts while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and HR to scale finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 8-10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment industry.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with clearly structured, formula-driven models.
• Experience with modern ERP and BI platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud, FDI, or comparable systems).
• Proven use of AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, or analysis.
• Strong communication skills to present complex analysis clearly to senior leaders.
• Proactive, results-oriented professional with ownership of problems and growth mindset.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly forecast, variance analysis, and management reporting cycle.
• Build and maintain the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts with the VP, FP&A.
• Maintain the integrity of financial reporting across Oracle and related systems.
• Data, Analytics & Technology: Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation across forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with Commercial and Operations on pricing analysis and investment cases (NPV, IRR, payback).
• Mentor FP&A analysts and build cross-functional relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and HR.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations clearly to the VP, FP&A and other senior stakeholders.
