Job Details

Our company, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team. As our FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial planning and analysis, delivering insights that will directly influence decision making, and ultimately, the success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Leading the financial planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
• Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support decision making
• Providing financial analysis and insights to senior management, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
• Working closely with business leaders to understand and report on key performance indicators
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Identifying potential areas of cost savings, operational efficiency, and process improvement
• Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assisting in the management of capital budgeting, investment analysis, and other special projects as required

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with inventory experience
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred
• Experience with Workday Adaptive strongly preferred
