Job summary

Allen Control Systems is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Engineering and Enablement teams in Austin, TX. You will own budgets, forecasts and reporting for IT, Facilities, and People, shaping financial plans as the company scales toward $1B revenue.

You will build models, provide variance analyses, and implement FP&A processes and platforms to support growth and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of FP&A experience supporting engineering/R&D or technical functions.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills for usable models and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Engineering and Enablement.
• Own monthly variance analysis and reporting for leadership with actionable commentary.
• Develop financial models/tools for non-finance stakeholders; translate ops decisions into financial impact.
• Help build FP&A systems, templates, and reporting cadence as the company scales.
