Job summary

Allen Control Systems is seeking a Director, Manufacturing Finance to partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Execution as the company scales toward $1B in revenue. This hands-on role covers FP&A, CapEx modeling, working capital analysis, and reporting to ground production decisions in finance.

The ideal candidate has hardware manufacturing experience, strong modeling skills, and exposure to defense/ gov contracts is a plus. On-site in Austin, TX with competitive salary and equity.

Qualifications

• Experience translating operations into financial strategy for hardware manufacturing.
• Strong financial modeling skills including scenario analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain CapEx plans and cash flow models.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Execution.
• Own end-to-end financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Model working capital dynamics and cash flow implications of production scaling.
• Develop business cases for make-versus-buy decisions and capex approvals.
