Job summary

Allen Control Systems in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Engineering and Enablement as the company scales toward a $1B revenue runway. This on-site role owns budgets, forecasts, and reporting for IT, Facilities, and People, supporting program plans with financial discipline and clear variance analysis.

You’ll build models, templates, and reporting cadence for FP&A, enabling leaders to understand drivers and forecast with confidence as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of FP&A experience supporting engineering/technical functions.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience building budgeting and forecasting processes and headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasts, and reporting for Engineering and Enablement cost centers.
• Perform monthly budget-to-actual variance analyses with commentary for leaders.
• Build financial models and tools for non-finance teams to manage budgets.
• Help design FP&A processes and tooling as the company scales.
