Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for the Anduril Frontier Systems Division, owning forecasting, close insights, budgeting and executive reporting. Collaborate with program management and engineering leadership to translate OpEx into achievable financial plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 4+ years experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within a corporate FP&A environment.
• Experience supporting program finance or defense contracting environments is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own financial operating rhythm: monthly close insights, forecasting, and variance drivers.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including target setting and resource allocation.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and narratives for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to surface risks and opportunities early.
• Budgeting for IRAD programs and strategic initiatives; manage burn and milestones.
• Support program performance management by tracking actuals vs forecast and pricing.
• Drive process improvements in planning, forecasting, and performance management.
