Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or certification is a plus.
• 4+ years in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in a corporate FP&A environment.
• Experience supporting program finance or defense contracting is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to communicate analysis to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own financial operating rhythm including monthly close insights and forecasting.
• Lead planning cycles, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and narratives for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to surface risks and actions.
