Job summary

Joyce/Dayton Corp in Ohio seeks a FP&A Manager to own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This exempt, full-time role supports payroll, cost accounting, and statutory reporting, reporting weekly to the CFO and Controller.

Two direct reports will be supervised in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 4+ years of financial analysis, strong Excel, ERP, and BI skills, and CPA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
• 4+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or cost accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills with multi-driver financial models.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.
• CPA or CMA preferred; supervisory experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting package and closings.
• Review variances and flux analysis for CFO/Controller review.
• Coordinate annual budget, capital plan, and multi-year forecast.
• Oversee payroll accruals, benefits accounting, and payroll reviews.
• Lead cost accounting, burden rates, and inventory valuation reviews.
• Provide audit support and consolidate reporting for Graham Holdings.
