Job summary

Joyce/Dayton Corp. in Ohio seeks an FP&A Manager to own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes. You will oversee payroll accruals, cost accounting, and executive reporting to the CFO and Controller, with two direct reports and a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

The role requires advanced Excel, ERP experience (Epicor Kinetic preferred), and ability to drive standardization across close and reporting processes. This is a full-time, exempt position based on site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• 4+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and cost accounting concepts.
• CPA or CMA preferred and ability to explain results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial reporting package development and close.
• Lead budgeting, forecast, and three-year plan submissions.
• Propose improvements to FP&A processes and automation opportunities.
• Supervise Cost Accountant and Payroll Administrator, provide weekly updates.
