Job summary

CFS, located in North Dayton, Ohio, is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and business decision-making within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting foundation and be able to analyze financial data, explain variances, and support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. On-site role with a salary range of $75k–$80k.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an FP&A Analyst, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or similar role.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Accounting background required; finance candidates may be considered if they have strong accounting knowledge.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits, financial statements, and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience with monthly reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly financial reports.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
