Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and ability to organize, validate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Experience preparing financial reporting, variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manufacturing finance knowledge including cost accounting, inventory, margins, and production costs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data from ERP and other sources.
• Own recurring reporting from data collection to analysis and conclusions.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior results.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key operational metrics.
• Prepare financial analyses, dashboards, and commentary for senior leadership.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting processes.
