Gecko Robotics is seeking an FP&A Manager to own financial planning and performance reporting, partnering with business leaders to forecast revenue, margin, and cash needs. You will build integrated models and guide strategic investment decisions.

You will lead monthly reviews, analyze profitability by contract and offering, and support fundraising, investor materials, and due diligence. This is an individual contributor role in a robotics/software/field operations company.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related area with ability to own planning and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong modeling and analysis, expert Excel/Sheets, connect IS/BS/CF, explain assumptions.
• Understand bookings, revenue recognition, billing, and cash collection.
• Able to challenge assumptions and communicate across audiences.
• Handle incomplete data and manage deadlines with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan across revenue, margin, headcount, spending, and cash flow.
• Forecast revenue and cash from opportunities, contracts, deployment, and capacity; explain timing and risks.
• Lead monthly financial reviews; analyze plan vs. results and define actions with owners.
• Analyze profitability by customer, contract, and offering; assess costs and utilization.
• Build scenarios for hiring, pricing, and capital investments with payoff considerations.
• Prepare analyses, KPI dashboards, and leadership commentary for board and investors.
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile results and automate reporting while maintaining controls.
• Support fundraising through models, investor materials, and data room preparation.
• Support M&A due diligence, valuations, and integration cost review; track post-close results.
