Job summary

V2X, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager of Indirect Rates to lead FP&A activities, including forward pricing, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and automation, partnering with program finance leaders.

You will guide indirect rate structures, consolidate actuals with forecasts, analyze key variances, and ensure GAAP, CAS, and FAR compliance while mentoring and developing the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in publicly traded company accounting.
• Government contract accounting knowledge required.
• GAAP, CAS and FAR knowledge required.
• U.S. Citizenship and some travel expected.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Financial Planning and Analysis function including forward pricing, forecasting, reporting, analytics, automation
• Provide input on strategic decision-making based on experience and knowledge of the business
• Assemble extensive financial databases
• Automate financial reporting activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance of indirect rates
• Work closely with team members to consolidate actuals and forecasted financial performance
• Analysis and review of indirect rate structures
• Identify and research key variances
• Support Government Compliance with the indirect rates as part of the Incurred Cost Submission
• Provide financial guidance in accordance with GAAP, CAS, FAR; ensure compliance
• Motivate, strengthen, and hold accountable financial team members
• Train and support new team members understand the overall structure of the organization
• Continuously update skill set, expertise, and technical knowledge
