Job summary

V2X is seeking a Manager of Indirect Rates to lead FP&A activities, including forward pricing, forecasting, and automation. You will partner with Program Finance leaders and drive continuous improvement across the finance organization.

The role requires deep knowledge of GAAP, CAS, FAR, and government contracting. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential as you mentor a finance team and manage sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business and corporate accounting for a publicly traded company.
• Government contract accounting knowledge required.
• Proven track record of running and enhancing financial operations.
• Knowledge of GAAP, CAS and FAR is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A functions including forward pricing, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Provide input on strategic decision-making based on business knowledge.
• Assemble extensive financial databases from multiple sources.
• Automate financial reporting activities and improve processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance of indirect rates and service centers.
• Consolidate actuals and forecasted performance with the team.
• Analyze and review indirect rate structures; identify variances.
• Handle highly sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality.
• Support Government Compliance with indirect rates as part of the Incurred Cost Submission.
• Provide guidance per GAAP, CAS, FAR and company policies.
