Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. seeks a seasoned Financial Systems FP&A Manager to own the daily maintenance and evolution of its finance technology stack, overseeing Oracle EPM EPBCS and PCM. You will drive forecast accuracy, budgeting processes, and cross-functional integration across Ferrara Group’s brands.

The role combines deep technical Oracle EPM expertise with business understanding, in a hybrid setting based near Chicago. Experience with SAP and EDM/FCCS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• 5–7 years implementing or supporting Oracle EPM applications (EPBCS/PCM).
• Experience with EDM and FCCS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and optimize Ferrara's finance systems and data flow, including SAP S/4HANA interfaces.
• Oversee Oracle EPM applications (EPBCS and PCM) and ensure integration with FP&A processes.
• Lead projects and deliverables for enhancements, new integrations, and process improvements.
• Advise leadership on target-state finance architecture and modernization roadmap.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle EPM forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external consultants for timely Actuals, Forecasts and Budgets.
• Ensure data security, metadata management, and reconciliation across systems.
