Ferrara Candy Co. in Chicago seeks a Director, IBP Process Governance & Performance Management to lead enterprise Integrated Business Planning governance and performance management, aligning supply chain, commercial, finance, manufacturing and ERP initiatives.

You will own the IBP operating model, drive standards and dashboards, and mentor a team while partnering with senior leaders to drive data-driven decision making and digital transformation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, IBP, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning or governance processes.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Ferrara's enterprise IBP governance framework and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to advance IBP capabilities and planning maturity.
• Develop and oversee executive performance management processes, KPI governance, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Facilitate executive planning discussions across functions.
• Build organizational capability through governance adoption and change management.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for IBP governance and performance management.
• Support ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on planning and performance.
