Job summary

Winebow in Glen Allen, VA, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting in a dynamic FP&A environment. You will work closely with the Director of FP&A to achieve finance-led goals and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency in Workday Adaptive, strong Excel skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (Workday Adaptive preferred).
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in an FP&A context.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting processes.
• Prepare and distribute KPI reporting and financial analyses across departments.
• Collaborate with FP&A leadership to drive finance-led initiatives.
