Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Finance Specialist, FP&A for a manufacturing facility in Texas. You will drive planning, forecasting and performance analysis, turning operational data into insights to support decisions, cost control and profitable growth.

Responsibilities include leading the monthly forecast, developing the AOP, building financial models and dashboards, and partnering with Operations, Materials and Engineering to track savings and productivity.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the monthly forecast, annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range planning for the site.
• Performs month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Analyzes actual vs plan/forecast and explains variances in cost and productivity.
• Builds financial models, dashboards and reports for site leadership.
