Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Indiana is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a team of FP&A professionals and provide financial guidance for US distribution operations. You will own monthly performance reporting, build complex models, lead the AOP and long-range plans, and partner with operations across North America Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial HVAC.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years FP&A; MBA/CPA preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience; complex modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reporting for US distribution operations and communicate insights to leadership.
• Direct logistics spend analysis and benchmarking to optimize costs and productivity.
• Oversee annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
