Carrier is hiring an FP&A Manager in Charlotte, NC to drive monthly planning, forecasting, and close processes. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver data-driven insights and optimize productivity and costs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Comprehensive benefits are offered and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 5+ years FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus and beneficial for advancement.

Responsabilités

Lead the monthly FP&A cycle, including forecasting, annual planning, and monthly close/actuals analysis.
Deliver actionable financial insights to site leadership and identify risks and opportunities.
Develop financial models for scenario planning, cost analysis and operational decisions.
Serve as finance partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Factory staff.
Oversee inventory reporting, valuation, and controls; manage CAPEX and production forecast.
