Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A Business Partner to support U.S. operations and infrastructure projects.

You will own budgets, forecasts, and financial models to translate operating plans into revenue, profitability, capital expenditure, and cash flow projections. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or related analytical work, strong budgeting and modeling skills, and the ability to partner with project, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, business finance, or related analytical role with independent planning ownership.
• Experience budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling (P&L, capex, cash flow).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling including scenario analysis; strong investment evaluation.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and translate analyses into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts for assigned businesses and projects.
• Partner with project, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and business development leaders to translate milestones into financial plans.
• Build models linking capacity, energization, deployment dates, utilization, pricing, costs, and capital spending to profitability.
• Review project budgets, commitments, and milestone payments; distinguish between committed and discretionary spend.
• Analyze actual results vs forecasts; explain drivers and risks; improve forecast accuracy with accounting collaboration.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for delays, pricing changes, and cost shifts; assess liquidity and returns.
• Prepare monthly business reviews, dashboards, and executive presentations on performance and forecast changes.
• Support treasury in cash flow forecasts and funding requirements for financing evaluations.
• Assist with planning-system implementation and data validation; drive process improvements across planning tools.
