Bitdeer in Austin, TX seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A Business Partner to own budgets, forecasts, and project analysis for U.S. operations. This hands-on role partners with leaders to translate plans into financial outcomes.

You will build models linking capacity, costs, pricing, and cash flow, provide monthly reviews, and drive planning-system improvements. A Bachelor’s in finance and 8+ years FP&A experience preferred; experience with planning tools a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for multiple entities and projects.
• Ability to partner with operations, engineering, procurement and business development.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with planning systems.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts for assigned entities.
• Partner with project, operations, and leadership teams to translate milestones into financial plans.
• Build models linking capacity, utilization, pricing, costs, and cash flow to profitability.
• Review budgets, commitments, and milestone payments; manage discretionary versus committed spend.
• Analyze actuals vs budgets; explain drivers and risks; support accruals and capex tracking.
• Develop scenario analyses for delays, utilization changes, and cost fluctuations.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and executive dashboards.
• Partner with Treasury to forecast funding needs and liquidity.
• Support planning-system implementation and data validation.
• Improve planning processes, controls, and data quality.
