Job summary

Bitdeer seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A Business Partner to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for U.S. operations and projects.

You will partner with leaders across functions to convert business plans into robust financial models and actionable insights. You will own long-range planning, scenario analysis, and monthly executive reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely visibility into cash flow, capital needs, and investment decisions within a fast-growing AI/Bitcoin mining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role with independent planning ownership.
• Experience managing budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial models including P&L, capex, and cash flow.
• Strong accounting principles knowledge: accruals, working capital, and cash timing.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; scenario analysis and investment evaluation (NPV/IRR).
• Ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and present clear recommendations to senior management.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management in a fast-moving, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts for assigned businesses and projects.
• Partner with project, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and business development leaders to translate milestones into financial plans.
• Build models linking capacity, energization, deployment dates, pricing, and costs to profitability and cash needs.
• Review project budgets, contractual commitments, and milestones; assess deferrals and payment phasing.
• Analyze actuals vs budgets; explain drivers and risks; coordinate with accounting on accruals and capex tracking.
• Develop scenario analyses for delays, utilization changes, power costs, and financing assumptions.
