Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or project/infrastructure finance.
• Experience financing GPUs, data centers, or capital-intensive tech assets.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable funding plans.
• Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of financing strategies for GPU purchases, AI computing infra, and data-center expansion.
• Evaluate and negotiate financing options including leases, equipment loans, project financing, private credit, and structured debt.
• Lead financing-market engagement and transaction execution with banks, lessors, private-credit providers, and investors in the Americas.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, lessors, private-credit funds, and strategic partners.
• Own transaction economics, models, lender materials, due-diligence, term sheets, and closing coordination.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations, Procurement to align financing with project schedules and cash flow.
• Develop funding plans and scenario analyses linking GPU deployment, utilization, and milestones to liquidity and debt service.
• Prepare executive materials and Board-ready recommendations for funding strategies.
• Establish scalable financing processes, controls, and portfolio monitoring as the business grows.
• Coach and coordinate with regional financing teams to drive execution.
