Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
• Experience leading financing transactions from strategy through closing.
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
• Ability to translate operating assumptions into financing requirements and returns.
• Executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of financing strategies for GPUs and data-center development.
• Negotiate equipment loans, leases, asset-backed facilities, and other capital solutions.
• Manage financing-market engagement with banks, investors, and partners in the Americas.
• Own transaction economics, lender materials, due-diligence, and closing coordination.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations to align financing with project timelines.
• Develop funding plans and scenario analyses linking GPU deployment to liquidity.
• Prepare senior-level recommendations and materials for management/Board.
• Establish scalable financing processes, controls, and portfolio monitoring.
• Coach and coordinate with regional financing teams.
