N-able Technologies, Inc. seeks a versatile FP&A professional to own consolidated top-line planning, forecasting, and reporting for a growing cybersecurity SaaS business. You will connect bookings and renewals to ARR outcomes and partner with Investor Relations and Go-to-Market leadership.

The role combines building models, mentoring a financial analyst, and driving recurring workflows while translating complex data into actionable insights to guide executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar analytical roles in SaaS/tech preferred.
• Strong SaaS metrics understanding and ARR linkage.
• Excellent ability to distill complex financials into clear stories.
• Proficient in building flexible, dynamic financial models from scratch.
• Experience with BI tools and modern AI-assisted analysis is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a financial analyst and drive career development.
• Own consolidated top line planning, forecasting, and reporting; connect bookings/renewals to ARR.
• Lead recurring top-line workflows: weekly flashes, monthly writeups, QBRs, and board materials.
• Partner with Investor Relations for Earnings processes including Guidance and Q&A prep.
• Work with GMs and GTM leadership to translate inputs into ARR outcomes and stress-test assumptions.
• Collaborate with BI and Pricing teams to pursue net-new ARR opportunities and strategies.
• Develop deep understanding of unit economics to inform commercial decisions.
