Job summary

N-Able Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for ARR growth in a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment.

You will partner with budget holders, Investor Relations, BI, and GTM leadership to drive insights and commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include managing a financial analyst, owning top-line workflows, and ensuring accurate, actionable quarterly and annual plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar analytical roles, SaaS/tech a big plus.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and ARR drivers.
• Excellent communication, able to translate complex numbers into a clear story.
• Proficiency in Excel and building flexible, dynamic models from scratch.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, and AI tools (MSFT Copilot, Claude) is highly desired.

Opportunity to join the FP&A team at a growing, publicly traded, cybersecurity SaaS business. We're looking for a versatile FP&A professional who is comfortable building models, partnering with budget holders, and synthesizing complex data into digestible, actionable insights. This is a highly visible role that will be relied on to help drive decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a financial analyst, instilling best practices and driving career development.
• Own consolidated top line planning, forecasting, and reporting for N-able. Connect business inputs (bookings, renewals) to ARR outcomes.
• Drive recurring top line workflows including weekly flashes, monthly writeups, QBR materials, and BOD materials.
• Act as a key partner to the Investor Relations group, supporting quarterly Earnings processes including Guidance, Q&A prep, and other earnings-related packages.
• Act as key point of contact for General Managers and Go-to-Market leadership, translating business inputs into ARR outcomes; pressure test and constructively push back on assumptions.
• Act as key partner to the Business Intelligence team and the Pricing & Packaging team in pursuit of net-new ARR opportunities and commercial strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of our unit economics, helping drive commercial decisions-making.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, or similar analytical roles; SaaS or technology industry experience is a big plus. Prior people management skills a plus.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and how they connect to ARR growth
• Excellent communication skills; ability to synthesize complex financials into a digestible story for a wide range of audiences
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to build flexible, dynamic models from scratch
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan, and AI tools (MSFT Copilot, Claude) is highly desired
