Job summary

Medline is seeking MBA students for a Summer 2027 Finance Internship in Northfield, IL, with hybrid work arrangements. You will partner with finance and business leaders to analyze performance, develop recommendations, and influence strategic decisions.

The 12-week program offers exposure to FP&A, corporate development, BI, and capital allocation, building leadership and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience in Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.
• Negotiation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.
• Assesses financial and business risks, evaluates tradeoffs, and develops thoughtful recommendations supported by data.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-saving efforts.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings.
