KGPCo is seeking a Director of FP&A in Lenexa, KS to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. You will build scalable models, dashboards in Power BI, and drive data-driven decision making with senior leaders.

You will partner with business teams to translate financial results into actionable recommendations, improve forecasting accuracy, and coach a high-impact finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience with ownership of planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Power BI dashboards and management reporting experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills with attention to detail and ability to link operations to financial results.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executives across levels.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting with variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, and Power BI dashboards.
• Translate financial results into actionable recommendations and influence business outcomes.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready analyses for senior leadership.
• Use Power BI and Excel to automate recurring analyses and expand self-service reporting.
• Ensure analyses are reconciled and aligned with financial reporting requirements.
• Improve FP&A processes, data quality, and forecast accuracy; coach team members.
