Job summary

PBI-Gordon Companies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis based in Shawnee, KS. This role serves as the lead finance partner and is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management at the subsidiary level, while coordinating accounting services with corporate.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with 8–12 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or similar finance roles.
• Experience ideally within a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Proven track record of influencing decisions based on financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
• Coordinate all accounting services with corporate.
• Provide actionable analysis of subsidiary financial performance.
