Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a seasoned Finance professional to strengthen the NAM Business Line Finance function. You will analyze performance, prepare executive dashboards, and guide strategic financial decisions across instrument/reagent segments.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance to ensure accurate forecasts, timely reporting, and digitalization of our financial processes. Strong MS Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of directly related experience in finance/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial performance; identify trends and provide commentary.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to guide the financial success of the NAM Instrument/Reagent Segments.
• Analyze revenue, profit, and drivers; translate into actionable recommendations for Finance and leadership.
• Support monthly performance reviews with scorecards, variance analysis and management commentary.
