Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Financial Controller, Core Lab, in the North America region. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to analyze performance, prepare executive dashboards, and guide budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and advanced Excel are required. You will drive digital reporting initiatives using Power BI/Tableau, shaping the future of finance within the Lab Diagnostics segment, and ensuring timely, actionable insights for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
5+ years of experience in a directly related field with key responsibilities.
Experience with P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, IFRS/GAAP.

Responsibilities

Analyze revenue, profit, and key drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare executive dashboards and management commentary.
Support budgeting, forecasting and planning for North America Instrument/Reagent Segments.
Translate financial results into actionable recommendations for Leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance stakeholders to drive financial success.
