Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst for Point of Care in North America. You will be a key member of the NAM Business Line Finance team, supporting daily operations, forecast preparation, financial analysis, and leadership reporting.

You will shape digital finance initiatives, automate recurring processes with Power BI/Tableau, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to drive revenue and profitability. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related area.
5+ years of directly related experience in a finance role.
Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

Analyze business/financial performance and identify key trends with commentary.
Prepare executive dashboards and variance analyses.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to drive financial success of NAM Instrument/Reagent Segments.
Support monthly performance reviews with scorecards and management commentary.
Assist budgeting, forecasting and planning for Point of Care in North America.
