Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Financial Controller, Core Lab, to join the NAM Business Line Finance function. You will support daily operations, forecast preparation, and financial analysis, and drive digital reporting initiatives using Power BI and Tableau.

The role requires strong P&L/BS/CF knowledge, IFRS/GAAP fluency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related area(s).
• 5+ years of related experience in finance/controller/FP&A roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with digitalization and automated reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business/financial performance and provide commentary.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning for Lab Diagnostics NA Instrument/Reagent segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance stakeholders to drive financial success.
