Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an FP&A Controller, Laboratory Solutions, to drive financial insights for the North America Instrument/Reagent segments. You will analyze performance, create executive dashboards, and deliver actionable commentary to leadership.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance, maintain planning models, assist budgeting/forecasting, and shape digital reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
5+ years of directly related experience with demonstrated responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze revenue, profit and key drivers to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards and scorecards for leadership.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to guide financial success.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for Lab Diagnostics segments.
Maintain planning models and provide variance explanations for forecasts.
