Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an FP&A Associate in Los Angeles to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across key business initiatives. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate data into insights that drive performance and efficiency.

You will help with monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, KPI tracking, and reporting for management and boards, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Operations to improve results in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of FP&A or related roles.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast updates and annual budget process.
• Perform variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and KPIs.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Operations to analyze CAC, loan pricing and sales metrics.
• Assist in building and maintaining components of the operating model.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and investor materials.
• Develop KPI tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on performance, costs and growth initiatives.
