Lendistry, LLC. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for key business initiatives.

This on-site role in Los Angeles partners with stakeholders to translate data into insights that drive performance and efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, advisory/consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong Excel/modeling skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with large datasets and synthesizing insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast updates and annual budget process.
• Perform variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to analyze CAC, channel performance, pricing trends, and sales productivity.
• Assist in building and maintaining components of the operating model.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and board/investor materials.
• Develop KPI tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on business performance, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.
