Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support core financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain exposure to business partnerships and strategic finance in a high‑growth environment.

You will assist in monthly close, support forecasting and budgeting, and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards while contributing to decision‑making through ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly close and reporting processes.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key trends.
• Maintain and update financial models and KPI dashboards.
• Support analysis on marketing performance (e.g., CAC).
• Support sales performance and commissions.
• Support operating expenses and efficiency initiatives.
• Compile data for management and board reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and data pulls to support decision-making.
