Lendistry is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support core financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis at our Los Angeles-area offices. This role offers exposure to business partnerships and strategic finance in a high-growth environment, ideal for an early-career professional.

You will work on monthly close, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly close and reporting processes.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key trends.
• Maintain and update financial models and KPI dashboards.
• Support analysis on: Marketing performance (e.g., CAC).
• Support analysis on: Sales performance and commissions.
• Assist with operating expenses and efficiency initiatives.
• Compile data for management and board reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support decision-making.
